Shipping and Returns
Despatch and Delivery
Orders placed before 12 Noon are despatched the same day for in-stock items when paid by Paypal, Credit Card, or Eftpos. Standard service is 3 – 5 working days. Orders placed and paid by cheque will be delayed until your cheque is cleared by our bank.
If you have purchased an item which is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you at the time you place your order. This may result in a delay of up to 14 days.
If you are convenient to Tamborine Village, Queensland you may want to pick up your orders from us. Please phone ahead to make sure that order is ready and available.
Freight is charged at cost. If a Courier is required, please phone for a quote on your order.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, returns will be accepted for a full refund, provided that goods are:
- a) Unused, undamaged and still in their original, manufacturer’s packaging.
- b) Returned to our premises within 7 days of invoice date.
- c) You must contact us by email or phone to notify us of good being returned.
Freight and handling costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, except in the case of faulty goods.
